We create original content. We respect the original content of others. This page explains both our rights and our responsibilities under copyright law.
All content published on NumeraHub, including articles, worked examples, and calculator code, is the result of original editorial and engineering work by our contributors. We take copyright seriously, both in protecting our own intellectual property and in honoring the rights of others.
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, this page explains how to reach us and what to expect. We respond to all valid DMCA notices promptly and in good faith.
All original content published on www.numerahub.org is the intellectual property of NumeraHub and its contributors. This includes, without limitation: articles, worked examples, calculator interfaces and source code, illustrations, page layouts, design elements, logos, and any other original creative work published on this site.
Copyright protection applies automatically upon creation under applicable international copyright law, including the Berne Convention. NumeraHub does not need to register its works to hold copyright in them, and the absence of a copyright notice on any specific piece of content does not place that content in the public domain.
© 2026 NumeraHub. All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content without written permission is a violation of our copyright and will be addressed accordingly.
We want our content to be read, used, and shared. The following uses are explicitly permitted without requiring prior written consent from NumeraHub:
Using any calculator on the site for your own calculations. Sharing links to our articles on social media, websites, and messaging platforms. Quoting brief excerpts (under 50 words) with clear attribution and a direct link to the original article. Referencing our coverage in editorial, academic, or research contexts with proper attribution.
Reproducing full articles, substantial portions of our content, or our calculator source code on other websites or platforms without written permission. Using our content for commercial purposes, including in AI training datasets, without a licensing agreement. Removing, altering, or obscuring our copyright notices or author attributions.
For syndication requests, content licensing, or any use beyond what is described above, contact us through our contact page. We consider all reasonable requests and respond promptly.
If you believe that content published on www.numerahub.org infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us. We take all valid notices seriously and act promptly upon receipt.
Before submitting a notice, please consider whether the use may qualify as fair use, commentary, criticism, education, or reporting on matters of public interest. We do not remove content that falls within fair use simply because a rights holder objects to it. However, for all other cases of genuine infringement, we act without delay.
To submit a takedown notice, contact us through our contact page with the subject line DMCA Notice and include all required information listed in Section 4.
To be valid under the DMCA, your takedown notice must include all of the following elements. Incomplete notices will not be acted upon until all required information is provided.
Identification of the copyrighted work: a clear description or copy of the original work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, provide a representative list.
Identification of the infringing material: the exact URL or location on www.numerahub.org where the allegedly infringing material appears. Be as specific as possible.
Your contact information: your full name, address, telephone number, and email address so we can respond to your notice.
Good faith statement: a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy statement: a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Signature: your physical or electronic signature. Typing your full name constitutes an electronic signature for the purposes of this notice.
Send your completed notice to us via our contact page with the subject line DMCA Notice. We acknowledge receipt of all complete notices within 5 business days.
If content of ours has been removed from the Blogger platform in response to a DMCA notice that we believe to be erroneous or in bad faith, we may submit a counter-notification. If you are the subject of a DMCA notice submitted to the Blogger platform and believe it was wrongful, you may submit a counter-notification directly to Google as the platform operator.
A valid counter-notification must include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court.
Counter-notifications are a legal process. If you are uncertain about your rights, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified intellectual property attorney before submitting one.
Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice, NumeraHub will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days, review the notice and the allegedly infringing content promptly, remove or disable access to the content if the notice is valid and the use does not qualify as fair use, notify the contributor responsible for the content, and inform the notifying party of the action taken.
We review all notices carefully before acting. We do not remove content solely on the basis of a claim without evaluating whether the use is lawful. We reserve the right to restore content if we determine the notice was made in error or in bad faith. For content hosted on the Blogger platform itself, Google operates its own DMCA process for the platform's hosting infrastructure. Our process applies to editorial decisions about content we control directly.
NumeraHub maintains a policy of terminating the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. In accordance with the DMCA, we track valid copyright complaints and take appropriate action against parties who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property of others through our platform or comments system.
Similarly, we take our own content protection seriously. Sites or individuals found to repeatedly reproduce our content without authorization will be subject to formal DMCA notices to their hosting providers, and we reserve the right to pursue additional legal remedies where appropriate.
All copyright and DMCA matters should be directed to us through our contact page. Please use the subject line DMCA Notice or Copyright Inquiry so your message reaches the right person promptly.
